I wrote this book after seeing more and more people presenting with heart attacks at a younger age. Some of them were younger than me. I’m 47.

Alongside that, I kept seeing the same pattern in clinic: capable, busy adults in their 40s and 50s being told they’re fine, while blood pressure, cholesterol, sleep, weight, and energy quietly drift in the wrong direction.

Heart disease rarely announces itself early. It develops silently during midlife, when careers peak and health slips down the priority list.
